PAYMENT & SHIPPING
The final costs, including shipping, will be provided and we will send you an invoice payable online via credit card, paypal, or bank transfer.
Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
Once the shipment has been packed, you’ll receive the tracking information and we will keep you updated regarding your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
To initiate an exchange please contact us by phone or mail.
If the work arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours.
Our products can be exchanged within 7 days. You can exchange your product for Studio credit or a different product (with the same value or more) we don’t offer refunds.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and still have the original packaging. Be aware custom-made products cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over 75 euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your product and offer you the possibility to receive either studio credit or an exchange.
